September 11th Meeting and Future Meetings are Canceled.

Special Thank You to Northwest Community Church for allowing us to use their space for past meetings.

We are now a registered American Heart Association and American Stroke Association Community Resource Group.

This means we are available to meet with you at our office by Appointment Only. Please call 407-271-4911 for more information. We also will utilize this site to disseminate information from the community. We can also email and mail you community resources.

Community organizations serving the Stroke and TBI populations are encouraged to send us information via email or mail so that we may disseminate it to families and individuals in need.

We are now a resource based group! This means that we will serve the community by providing necessary resources.
